| 💰 Salary | Currently we are still very early stage and running on a small accelerator grant therefore at the very moment (but we heading toward raising a new round). Therefore, currently we are only able to offer equity - Which can be generous equity depending on candidate, aligned with US market practice. |
Your core mission 🎯
Our strategy is based on three key areas: Product-led, SEO, and Community. Your role is crucial, as you will be in charge of overseeing Community and SEO. At Motionshift, we believe that establishing a strong brand and fostering a strong community surrounding 3D and 2D animated videos is essential to our success and long-term sustainability.
You work closely with the CEO and the future members of the Marketing team and we expect you to :
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, reels, posts, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Supporting founder team at live and online events
- Drive community management efforts
- Actively drive social media KPIs
- Maintain & develop the tone of voice for each digital medium
- Create content on our websites, e.g. articles (being interested in animation, design, advertising, campaigns, innovation, 3D is a plus)
Skills we're excited about 💪
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma is a plus
- You are fluent or native in English
- Great at writing in English
- You have excellent collaboration and communication skills
- You enjoy creating and building world-class products – bonus points if you are passionate about the design or video space
